Five-star recommendation!!! Awesome Villa!! The whole house is beautiful as the picture description, even more than you expected. Every detail of the room is worth savoring. The garden overlooks the entire Como Lake 180 degrees with the morning sun. Beautiful people don’t want to leave. Apart from the traffic inconvenience, it is suitable for self-driving friends, but please believe me If you choose to stay, you will not be disappointed~

The communal pool is open April to September weather permitted and accessible via steps from the home.
The villa can be divided into 3 apartments with the main home on ground and garden level with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with internal and external stairs to access the first floor level where two further apartments can be used as private apartments, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in each apartment with a large adjoining balcony terrace or otherwise opened to form one larger villa to sleep a total of 10 guests.
The villa can be accessed via a private entrance on the top floor level or via the shared garden gate entrance with private access to your garden affording you complete privacy.

We will be delighted to recommend places to visit, favourite restaurants etc and organise shopping, deli items and wine to order for you to enjoy on arrival.
