“Geat place to base yourself for exploring Lake Como. The photographs don’t do the apartment justice, an airy and spacious apartment with beautiful surroundings. The pool and jacuzzi were fab. Easy walk into town and access to other local towns. Matteo was so kind and welcoming with lots of recommendations. We would absolutely come again, thank you!”

Great apartment with very nice view
We had two very pleasant weeks in this great apartment with its very nice view on Lake Como. The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine and new television, and is very convenient. The location could not be better: Very quiet in a beautiful garden with a lot of trees, yet still very close to the main road along the lake with many restaurants and cafes. You only need a couple of minutes to walk down on a small path, ending up directly in front of the landing stage of the ferry (which takes you to all the nice places on the lake: Bellagio, Menaggio, Varenna and Lenno – even Como is just half an hour away with the fast boat). But it is also nice to sit on the balcony, enjoy the view and relax!

Great property and worth the taking in. The views are amazing and units are very relaxing. It is an easy walk down the shortcut and a longer one back up, but everything is right down the path and worth every step. Would book this again for our next trip to Como

So relaxed with everything you need!
Matteo was so welcoming when we arrived making suggestions of what to see and do during our stay. He could not have been more helpful. The pool is wonderful for the kids with the most gorgeous view of the lake. The apartment has everything you would need for a two week stay or shorter.

Beautiful residence with Great view
Our first holiday with children ( 4 and 6) to Italy. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and never to crowded. Very clean. You can have a very relaxing time here. Lay out of location perfect. Enough privacy at our balcony (app nr 9) . The appartement is well equiped. Also some play toys for kids, like a puzzle and games. At arrival they gave us a bottle of wine, toast jam , italian herbs. Some basics which we really appreciated. Tremezzo is very crowded in high season. It s Great to take a ferry and have a good diner (very Nice pizzeria downtown) Nice to visit once but for a more quiet place the North of Como is better. Although we really enjoyed our holiday in a beautiful residence.

Magnificent pick!
The apartment is fully located in the Verwachtingen area and can also be described. It’s all worth it and you’ll want to make it yourself. Idyllic place with splendid looks, beautiful and beautifully presented.
